The quality was awesome. The Content didnt appeal to me though. But I think your obsession with the mutant turtles cant be healthy.

The overall Quality of the Flash was excellent. The Concept was a good idea, but it wasnt gripping. It mildly lags, but the art kept you going through. Great job.

I liked it. I wont give any props for the graphics (unless you freehanded), but I will for the design and the Thought.
I feel that you need to have a proposal or an explaination of this piece. Maybe the Creation of Art. (Michelangelo Piano etc..)

The Artwork was bad. The Guy behind the pedistal doing the speech was mildly humourus. I gave you more points because you got the Home Depot Font right.

It was original, i liked the style of drawing. The sound was terrible. There was a time where the music was louder than the voice. The Backgrounds were at times confusing. the animation was smooth. There was a time where I was gonna turn it off because it got boring. Then the guy opened the cops mouth. that was funny.
